Description

Located on the north end of Jekyll Island, Georgia, Driftwood Beach is a favorite location for sunrises, driftwood and ocean views. The harsh environment and constant changes to the shoreline leave these once huge Live Oaks as huge pieces of driftwood.

Jekyll Island is owned by the State of Georgia and is one of the golden Isles of Georgia. It is also home to the historic Jekyll Island Club.
